**$25.00 dollar lawns are for new customers only. The price includes four separate lawn treatments at $25.00 dollars per visit. Treatments include: lawn cutting, line trimming and all clean up of grass clippings on sidewalks & driveways only. Bagging of lawn clippings is not included but can be performed at an additional charge. After the forth and final treatment is complete you will be provided with a weekly or bi-weekly lawn treatment price based on the actual size of your lawn. To be eligible to receive this special offer your lawn must have been previously maintained. Lawns that were not maintained will require a one time clean-up charge based on the work that’s required to bring the lawn back to cutting and trimming conditions. Other restrictions may apply.
